Scholarships and work trade opportunities fluctuate based on community support. In order to give access to our services we need our business to be sustainable. We recognize our rates might be a barrier to attendance and are thrilled to offer both work trade and full scholarships.
work trade
Work trade is a 3-month commitment for 2-4 hours a week in exchange for free classes.
Hours are on a set schedule. We usually offer 1 work trade position per quarter.

Watering & transplanting our plant babies

At Elk Rock Yoga we believe yoga is a practice of social justice, and a way to cope with daily stressors in our busy lives.
We offer scholarship opportunities quarterly based on community support. We prioritize folx who may have historically faced barriers like people of color, transgender and indigenous community members, as well as others who may not have access.
Submitting an application does not guarantee you a scholarship or a work trade position.
