Schedule:
12pm: Arrival and grounding in
12:10-12:30: Opening tea ceremony
12:30-1:30: Group flower/plant essence creation, earthing, forest bathing and connecting to the land
1:30-2:15: Movement is medicine; gentle yoga and playful practice
2:15-3:00: Ayurvedic lunch
3-4pm: Sound bath with energy work
4-5pm: Elemental and Tarot inspired somatic practice
Menu: We'll be offering an Ayurvedic lunch of Kitchari (lentils, rice, spices and optional toppings; vegan, gluten free).
Justice and Socioeconomic Equity Rates are based on the honor system. Pay what you can.
