New Year Sound and Energy Ceremony with Ariel Hart

1/3/26, 3-5 p.m.

Celebrate the potent energy of new beginnings, with a ritual designed to honor and revitalize your being and support collective healing and liberation.

Winter holds us in a nourishing chrysalis as we return towards light. The new year is a time to honor the wisdom of the body, rest, and of our plant, stone and earth ancestors from the North. Let us nurture and tend to the seeds within, so that we may bloom more fully when we are ready to unfurl.

Our ceremony is an invitation into deeper awareness and care for all of our layers. Let us receive support from our natural allies, tend to our foundational structures, and promote ease and sustainability within.

Our healing container will include:

An immersive sound bath (a whole-body listening experience) with energy work- for deep rest, balance and overall well-being.

Pranayama (breath work) and movement- for activation and clearing of the subtle energy body.

Tea Ceremony with Hawthorne- for heart-centered guidance, protection and courage.

EFT variations (Emotional Freedom Technique)- self massage to support our nervous system, physical ease and create more space in the emotional body.

Envisioning group altar creation- What are you calling in for yourself, and the collective? Bring items, images, symbols, talisman, herbs, etc. that represent what you desire to align with this year.

Water Magic- Take home your own water elixir in a glass vassal, charged with our ceremonial support, bija mantras, and prayers for the greatest good. Water the seeds of your intentions!

A bottle of Black Moonstone stone essence to take home- to help integrate our ceremony with grounding and protection.

Items to bring-

Images, symbols, talisman, herbs, etc. that represent what you desire to align with this year for our group envisioning altar (you can take them back home).

- A journal or something to write on/with.

- A yoga mat (some available onsite) and any items of comfort and support such as a pillow. Props such as blankets, bolsters and eye pillows will be provided.

Ticketing is limited to ensure a spacious experience for all.
