MIGUEL CANTU (they/them)

Miguel began practicing yoga in 2015 and completed teacher training in 2025, with a focus on yin and vinyasa. Their teaching is rooted in a deep respect for yoga’s therapeutic nature and its capacity to support the nervous system through slow, attentive movement and breath. With a background in music, visual art, and makeup FX, Miguel approaches yoga through a creative and sensory-aware lens. Classes unfold with care and curiosity, inviting softness, steadiness, and ease. Drawing from somatic awareness and lived experience, Miguel approaches yoga as a practice of listening, regulation, and quiet transformation where movement becomes a form of embodied art.
