MARESA KELLY (she/her)
Maresa began practicing yoga during the 2020 pandemic as a way to cope with quarantine and find her way back to her body. After years of a steady at home practice, she began to explore studio classes and fell in love with practicing alongside a sangha.
Maresa completed their 300 hour somatic, trauma informed yoga teacher training at Bhakti Yoga in Portland. As a somatic practitioner and energy worker, she loves inviting a sense of play and curiosity into movement practices and hopes to help folks feel good in their bodies, balancing intuitive movement and intentional rest.
She is also a writer, photographer, and artist and spends most of their free time on long walks outside, dancing, working on creative projects, and building loving community.
